Shipping Information

Every order ships same day if placed by 12 pm Eastern Monday through Friday excluding observed US holidays. If your order is placed after that time we will do our best to get your order processed and shipped that day, or the following business day. Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday.

If you see that it's not moving please notify us quickly and we will be happy to get that resolved for you. Please do not wait until the estimated delivery date to email us that it hasn't arrived.

Orders received after these cut off times will be shipped the next business day Monday through Friday, shipments are not processed on Saturday or Sunday. If you order with Next Day or 2nd Day delivery your order will not be delivered on the weekend. Next Day and 2nd Day refers to business days and that is Monday to Friday.
 
If you use a PO Box for US Post deliveries you should include your PO Box for shipment. Depending on the time of year (Christmas) or the package value your order may likely be shipped with Signature confirmation required.
 
Items sold with free shipping are only eligible within the contiguous US. Items returned for refund that were originally sold with free shipping will be refunded less our original shipping costs. Items returned for exchange that were originally sold with free shipping will be expected to pay for the shipping of the exchanged item. 

Shipping Cost

Shipping can be calculated at checkout once you have put your items in your cart. Be assured that our real time shipping calculator is providing accurate rates at the lowest possible cost and we pass on direct shipping fees directly to you with no markup. Rates will vary depending on package weight, dimensions, and your location. 

Please note that some items may be eligible for free ground shipping (US)

Additional shipping options such as overnight, and 2nd day delivery can be purchased at checkout for all items. Items eligible for free shipping are shipped using the most cost effective ground shipping options, unless you purchase an expedited shipping option. Ground shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days within the continental US.

International Shipping

Buyer is responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes associated with shipping to your country.
We ship worldwide with the following exceptions: Eastern Europe, Asia, Mexico, India, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Greece, Turkey.  This is not an all inclusive list.

We can also ship gift shipments directly to the recipient. Simply fill out the "Ship To" address to the person you would like it shipped to.  PLEASE NOTE: If the shipping address is in a different state than the billing address for the credit card used, please call us at 616-935-7443 after you place your order. This will help get your order thru our fraudulent order filter.   

Our shipping boxes say "Typhoon Helmets" on the side. If you're purchasing a surprise gift please let us know and we'll be happy to ship in a plain box for you.

Please be sure that your address for delivery is correct when placing your order. We will not be held responsible for you not entering the correct address for shipment. Once your package is shipped we cannot revise the delivery address without an extra charge of $25.00. Post package addresses cannot be changed after shipment. If your package is returned to us for an incorrect address you may incur additional charges that will reduce your refund.
