Shipping Information

Your order will be shipped the same day the order is placed or the next business day, you'll receive tracking information when the order is shipped. Please check your package tracking every few days to be sure it's on the way to you. If you see that it's not moving please notify us quickly. Do not wait until the estimated delivery date to email us that it hasn't arrived.

Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday.

Orders placed by 12 pm EST ship same day!

Orders received after these cut off times will be shipped the next business day Monday through Friday, shipments are not processed on Saturday or Sunday.
If you order with Next Day or 2nd Day delivery your order will be shipped by FedEx and will not be delivered on the weekend. Next Day and 2nd Day refers to business days and for FedEx that is Monday to Friday.

If you use a PO Box for US Post deliveries you should include your PO Box for shipment.


Depending on the time of year (Christmas) or the package value your order may likely be shipped with Signature confirmation required.

Items sold with free shipping are only eligible within the continental US. Items returned for refund that were originally sold with free shipping will be refunded less our original shipping costs. Items returned for exchange that were originally sold with free shipping will be expected to pay for the shipping of the exchanged item. 

International Shipping

You are responsible for any Fees, Duties, or Taxes associated with shipping to your Country.

We ship worldwide with the following exceptions: Eastern Europe, Asia, Mexico, India, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Greece, Turkey.  This is not an all inclusive list.

We ship USPS, FedEx Ground, FedEx Next Day Air, FedEx 2nd Day Air, and FedEx SurePost daily. Allow 2 to 8 Business days for delivery for USPS and FedEx Ground.  FedEx SurePost final delivery is made by USPS in most cases.  

We can also ship gift shipments directly to the recipient. Simply fill out the "Ship To" address to the person you would like it shipped to.  PLEASE NOTE: If the shipping address is in a different state than the billing address for the credit card used, please call us at 616-935-7443 after you place your order. This will help get your order thru our fraudulent order filter.   

Our shipping boxes say "Typhoon Helmets" on the side. If you're purchasing a surprise gift please let us know and we'll be happy to ship in a plain box for you.

Please be sure that your address for delivery is correct when placing your order. We will not be held responsible for you not entering the correct address for shipment. Once your package is shipped we cannot revise the delivery address without an extra charge of $25.00 (UPS only). Post package addresses cannot be changed after shipment. If your package is returned to us for an incorrect address you may incur additional charges that will reduce your refund.
